  • PCBWay is a prototyping and manufacturing service that can help you prototype your PCBs as their primary offering. However, for us action figure enthusiasts PCBway also provides an excellent 3D printing service that allows you to print with a wide range of materials like PLA, ABS, resins and even metal. They also employ various 3D printing technologies such as FDM and SLA which are able to get us amazing 3D printed results for our strength or Quality needs. Quotes are provided almost instantly and their quality control standards are what impressed me the most. So if you have a need to 3D print something but buying a 3D printer is not suitable for you, or you want to see what a 3D printer can do without having to commit to an expensive 3D printing machine, PCBway has the solution for you!

    Great video bro, i have a question, are your models based of mafex designs? Cause they look really similar
    Keep the good work 👍

      @AzrachToys  Před měsícem +2

      Yes they are designed with heavy inspiration from Mafex.

    Hey, I've been (mostly unsuccessfully) working on my own 3D printed figure. I think a lot of my issue is using the wrong material, but I was also wondering about your assembly process. When you say you heat the pieces up, are you hitting them with a heat gun or like, submerging them in hot water for a little bit, or something else?

    • @AzrachToys
      @AzrachToys  Před měsícem +1

      Typically both will work. For my personal projects I am using a hairdryer to heat up the parts.

    good job! I want to know if there is a way to make the parts a little flexible so I can plug them in and out without them being brittle or breaking. And if the face can be painted with uv dtf. thanks btw

    • @AzrachToys
      @AzrachToys  Před měsícem +1

      heating up 3d Prints makes them more flexible. I use a hair dryer to make things flexible.
      I have not used DTF to paint faces but if you have the right equipment it should be possible.

    Does resin works for an upscaled version, especially the joints? Was thinking about printing a figure in 1.25 or so

    • @AzrachToys
      @AzrachToys  Před 10 dny

      It should work even if it is upscaled.

    I need help I wanna make my own action figure but I don’t know how big the articulation point should be so they can fit like not too loose or not too tighg

    • @AzrachToys
      @AzrachToys  Před měsícem

      My tip for that is to test print. Just test one joint and print with multiple tolerances. Make sure you mark them and find the best fit.

      I am working on a figure dedicated to FDM printing. Coming soon!
      unfortunately, this figure will not work on an FDM printer.

      Why do you say that?

    • @Vlogganator888
      @Vlogganator888 Před měsícem

      @@AzrachToys because for the price you paid you could get a printer yourself. The prototype you received are bad quality prints. I paid some company to print stuff for me before as well, got fed up with poor quality so I purchased my own printer. You paid over 200 for those prints... You may as well save up a bit more to get your own printer. Too many layer lines when you close up and chipped off pieces

    • @AzrachToys
      @AzrachToys  Před měsícem +1

      @Vlogganator888 I see what you mean. I agree with you that buying a 3d printer is a cheaper solution however, i have to keep in mind that people who live in apartments or people who have children, may not want to have the potentially harmful 3d printing materials at home. For some people 3d printing may be a new thing they don't want to learn and they just want a one off print. It's another option if it is required :)
