Chicken steak recipe || with garlic Sauce restaurant style || made with Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce

___Grilled Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce___
(for single serving)
*chicken breast _200g
(cut into two pieces)
flatten
_For Chicken Marination_
fine Chopped Garlic 1tsp
Oyster sauce 1.5tbsp
worcestershire_1tbsp
Olive oil_1tbsp
Chicken powder_1/3tsp
Red chilli sauce_1tsp
Cooking oil_2tbsp
lemon juice_1tbsp
mix well ,now Add chicken,& set aside
_sideline veggies preparation_
Carrot
white zucchini
broccoli
fresh bean
cut them & boil for 3 minutes
drain the water &set aside
_FOR GRILL_
Grease the Pan by 2tbsp of cooking oil
place marinated chicken,
Cook/grill on Low flame 3-4 minutes each side,
_____For veg saute____
Oil _2tsp cooking oil
chopped Garlic_1/2tsp
add boiled veggies
add water_1tbsp
Oyster sauce_2tsp
salt_1pinch
___For hot Garlic Sauce___
oil_ 1tbsp
Chopped Garlic_1tbsp
Dried round chillis
Onion _mini dice cutting
now Add water 130ml
oyster sauce 1tbsp
worcestershire_1tbsp
Hp brown suace_1tsp
chicken powder_1/2tsp
sugar_1/2 tsp
Dark soy sauce_1tsp
_for cornflour slurry_
cornflour 2tbsp
water_3tbsp
mix well
add 2tbsp of Cornflour slurry in Hot Garlic Sauce and cook well
put cast iron steak plate on high flame until plate is very hot ,
now place onions on steak plate bottom.
transfer grilled chicken & Sides to hot Sizzling steak plate, .now add Hot Garlic Sauce.
Grilled chicken is ready to eat.😋
