Hi, do you think it works against an applicant to apply for two graduate programmes at the same company? Like Nedbank currently has the Quants Graduate Programme and the Young Analyst Programme. Thanks

Not at all - the more programmes you apply for, the higher your chances of getting in which is what matters the most at this stage 🙃
Remember: Nedbank is biiig so the different divisions recruit in different cycles through different programs - that's all you're seeing 🙃
