For this challenge, we spent overnight on the side of a cliff on a mountain. It was one of the most intense and scary experiences we have ever been through. The cliff camping site was suspended hundreds of feet in the air and we were only on a small platform called a port-a-ledge.

You should definitely do an overnight in a tent doing outdoor adventure activities. Rock climbing, canoeing, high ropes, raft building etc….

Theres no way i could do this! Im absolutely terrified of heights! I will ride a sport bike 200mph and swim in the deepest parts of the ocean but to heck with this!! My palms were sweatin watching this! 🤘🤘🙏🙏

I went to residential 3 weeks ago and we did climbing and abseiling and the ropes we used could hold two double decker buses of course they weren't holding buses at the time but they have been tested
