I don't think i'm alone at not being great at love. I see it throughout humanity. I don't think i'm especially worse than anyone else in that regard. I don't know the answer to what makes me not great at it but I know i'm trying to be better at it.
I have one best friend that i've known for many years since high school. I have online acquaintances and friends. I have my co workers as well, some of whom i've worked with a long time and consider friends. I have a very social job and enjoy that aspect of it. I'm a homebody though and prefer being at home than celebrating at some kind of party type setting because I enjoy relaxation over loud noise and commotion. I don't really care to go into too much detail about my social life other than i'm perfectly satisfied with it.
Do you ever think you are so withdrawn in your own mind because of being an only child with nobody to answer reasons for childhood rejection/ inferiority with step family etc. - laziness is an addiction, do some travelling - Thailand India etc - I think I’ll enjoy it
I personally don't view it in such a negative light, being a thinker. I think introspection is a beautiful thing and is how one improves upon their peace. Internal problems require internal solutions so i go within. I actually feel great, peaceful, happy and have solved a multitude of emotional problems from going within. Some people may want to explore the world, i enjoy looking within and improving myself that way. It seems that you misunderstand me a bit. What you said makes it seem like i'm a withdrawn unhappy antisocial person. I'm actually incredibly peaceful and happy and would recommend for others to go within more as I have.
