In fairness he tried to apologise a few times. That guy could've laughed it off or accepted the apology and be done with it. But instead he kept on throwing the apologys back in his face, so I think it was kind of justified. Yes it was a bit harsh, but maybe that'll teach the guy to be forgiving/considerate etc.
