Cellophane actually comes in a universal pack of DPI. And it will only cause wrinkling if it is not spread properly. And imprint or wrinkling can be removed during trimming and finishing process

You can but you have to manage the pressure as well and as books suggest there are two types of curing and also take care about the time but yes it is possible
