The BEST Chicken Enchilada Recipe (ready in 30 minutes)

Michael prepares in this video an authentic recipe of Mexican Enchilada. Michael used to spend his vacation in Mexico, and there, he enjoyed the tasty and healthy Mexican cuisine. Once of the dishes that he used to order frequently was Enchilada. The recipe is very simple, and can be made with Chicken meat, beef, pork, fish, or just vegetarian with cooked potatoes or beans.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 chicken breasts
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
3 twigs of fresh oregano
1.2 litres of water
Ingredients for salsa roja:
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
400g of peeled and canned tomatoes
200g of tomato purée
200g of mexican hot chillis (Michael buys a 200g can with the chillis)
1 tablespoon of dried chilli (optional, Michael loves hot enchilada)
400g of grated white cheese such as mozzarella or gouda
200g of grated orange cheddar cheese
leftover of chicken stock after having cooked the chicken breasts
12 corn tortillas

Nevyžádaná rada here - Majkl "prezentuje" není úplně česká fráze. V angličtině se slovo presents požívá v jiném kontextu. V češtině se víc hodí "uvádí" nebo "představuje" či "přináší". Nejlépe by se hodilo "Majkl dnes vaří xyz". Jinak díky za skvělé recepty.
