    3rd year for my Twinkly tree. I was absolutely thrilled the first year & most of the season 2021 until it disconnected itself. I spent 1,200.00 and felt it was worth every penny that's definitely changed. The app is still on my phone but it won't respond & says I have to have WI-FI but never have before. I make big purchases for homes & high class companies but that's changed as of today. Upon trying to get help I've provided all info requested but keep getting the run around. U won't see any any longer at Macy's Dillard's Windom Motels. It's a nightmare. For 3 days hours on end I've tried everything that's on videos tried calling to get help. On 2 occasions I was on hold for over a hour only to be disconnected. Other people both my 2 personal trees & ones that are currently being removed as business decorations friends & family with personal trees & many many employees no luck so they will be disposed of & new pre-lit beautiful led light trees that don't cause more stress over the Holiday season and payroll costs were up paying employees for decorating most decorating payroll pay involved the Twinkly decorations. It's a huge disappointment but you get immediate attention and through on the phone if your making purchases. Signed Twinkly Christmas Nightmare

      Sorry to hear about your bad experience, Linda. It sounds like a nightmare. Did the lights stop working one day, or do they still work but do not connect to the app?
      The tree I have has a built in controller so I can at least use one of the preset patterns. I do not intend to update the firmware or app if you're having issues with the newest version.

    • @lindaeversman4852
      @lindaeversman4852 Před rokem +1

      @ColinLeung I can use the connection under the tree to use the preprogrammed all-my-lights work but my tree won't connect to the app on my phone as it always has in the past. It wants to connect to Wi-Fi I've never had it so it's never been connected that way previously. It was my dream tree & now a nightmare as I stated previously. I'm following the steps & it just says fails can not connect. The business trees are having the same issues & they were connected to Wi-Fi. We've had those taken down to be replaced tomorrow but my 2 trees were less important compared to the business trees, there in a dumpster before jobs were lost so many people will be working through the night

      @@subdiicee That seems like the only option to use your phone as a mic for now per their website.
      Twinkly effect can be Music Synced.
      Twinkly uses the smartphone microphone to pick up the sound.
      Select one of the gallery effects that can be music synced (not all the effects has this feature), play it in the preview mode and tap on the Music icon.
      The app will start stream to the lights the effect edited accordingly to the sound around you.
      You have to keep the app open and running.
      This is the main difference between the Music Sync feature and how Twinkly Music works:
      with Twinkly Music you can synchronize multiple devices with your music, you have a built-in microphone, you don’t need to keep your application running plus Twinkly Music has an unprecedented sensitivity to music frequencies and will make your music experience even more “smart”.
