It had a song that went along with the title of the program
Probably took me 20 years to work out it was spelling the word happy

I've been hoping for a hypnosis/relaxation video that was as short as this. I've been in situations a few times now where I had like 5 minutes to relax before an event/meeting.
I think this was one of my favourite inductions, next to the snail induction .
