  • This is a video on how to do the original and best self-hypnosis technique developed allegedly by the wife of world-famous Hypnotist and Psychiatrist Dr.Milton Erikson, Betty Erikson. It is probably the first exercise most Hypnotherapists and NLP Practitioners get taught in regards to a Hypnotic Induction. It is very easy to do and to apply on yourself when you want to put yourself into a beautiful state of relaxation and actually a lot of Hypnotherapists use it as their go-to hypnotic Induction when working with clients in the Therapy room. Give it a try and notice what happens...a light, beautiful, hypnotic trance all created by you! Remember, this technique is completely safe and you will be able to come back to an awakened state anytime you wish. If you think you have gone too deep, you haven't, you have just fallen asleep! :)
    Any questions, just comment below and I will get back to you.

    The simplest, most effective self-hypnosis technique I've encountered; beautifully explained and taught. Thank you!

    Do you see, hear and feel different things at each stage, or can they include what you sensed in the previous rounds?

    • @theandymacarthur
      @theandymacarthur  Před 7 hodinami

      Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you can use what you sensed in the previous rounds however I would encourage you to find new things as it will keep your concentration and imagination which will enhance the hypnosis

    Fantastic explanation, can this technique be used to program a new belief and/or bring about a solution to a life matter? Thanks 😊

      @theandymacarthur  Před 3 lety +3

      Hi there, Yes, this technique is fantastic for programming a new belief or getting a solution to a life matter. Ask your unconscious mind to support you as you do this and to give you an answer when you wake up. it will be very subtle but use your intuition and gut instinct and...trust yourself! Keep doing this technique and notice the difference in your day to day life.
