The process of mass production of carved swords is truly amazing.
Çok Bilgilendirici Bir Kanal
İçerikleri İnsanın Ufkunu Açıyor Tebrik ederim
Jose selamat malam kawanku

All the jobs look soul crushing.
Both sides of coins are as beautiful as the sun and moon 🙏.
‼ 04:44 - the nippers is used, shown in last video "Nippers manufacturing plant in Japan."
5:56 - Just casually grabs the exact amount....every time.
I noticed that too. Also the first guy stamping out blanks without any obvious register marks.
@@ManekiNico Practice makes perfect, once you do it a couple hundred times a day five to six days a week it because mechanical after a bit.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Excellent team work for the best products.
Very cool to see.
I'm guessing there is a heat treating/hardening process that is not shown?
Wonderful
Amazing
I suspect the advertising revenue from this CZcams video is more than the salary of one of their slave-labour employees.
JAPAN ALWAYS NO.1.
It seems very odd to have the cutting step and bending step be separate.
Not really because if you are bending it at the same time it might warp the material you are cutting it from and you end up with oddball sizes so it makes more sense to cut them then shape them to ensure proper quality and less rejected peices.
So nice Where can i buy 1 set?
Nhà máy sản xuất Dao Nhật Bản quá hiện đại, Rất tuyệt vời. Người Nhật.... OK 🇯🇵👍
Alat yang bagus 👍
Is this called mass production? Looks like its all handmade
new subscriber thanks
Many processes are manual! it can switch most of them to be automatic.I think some of the process need risk assessment.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
no heat traitment ?
The material had been heat treated before all the shaping and sharpening, that's why they sharpened them with water to keep them from over heating and ruining the heat treatment.
mükemmel
Ahhhh...the Dignity Of Labor. Remember this, America? No. Of course you don't.
I think these are chisels not knives. Thats what we would call them
Safety tape!
Completely overturning my perception, it's quite surprising to see manual methods being used in production in a technologically advanced country like Japan.
The title said Carving Knives, and as an American this means Kitchen Meat Knives, but what this is the production of Art Chisels ( smile ). The only reason these jobs exist is because the owners do not want to invest, or have the capital to robotize the entire production, and there maybe government Tax Breaks the owners receive for maintaining these workers. For good or for bad the American OSHA ( Occupational Safety and Health Administration ) organization would have this whole factory shut down in an afternoon.
Are you carving meat? It's very obvious that these are wood carving knives (or chisels if you prefer...)
@@altepost3805 You carve meat from the bone. That's why it's called the carving knife or sometimes boning knife. The Japanese term of carving knife would be Honesuki. The western wood carving knife is very different from these products in the video.
Made in Brazil 🇧🇷

The word “graver” is not correct. I think you meant “engraving tools”.
