#HR, #HumanResources, #HRTips, #HumanResourcesTips, #SmallBusiness, #HRPartyOfOne,
My advice to candidates is that when you’re job seeking , post nothing on social media. Don’t leave any room for comments to be misconstrued
When a candidate has excessive questioning post offer that raises concerns I usually recommend another interview letting the candidate know that we really want to ensure that it is a cultural fit and so we have a few additional team members to the interview process.
Adjusting salary depends on the value of the candidate . If there is a competing offere and we have room to offer an increase I consider the value that the candidate is bringing is there a unique skill, experience, Promotability, or succession value that the candidate is bringing that warrants the increase of an offer
