Im using this sub mainly for my desired body so im gonna track my progress here and im gonna try to update till i get to my goal (also i am eating in a calorie deficit) Day 1: around 98 Day 2: 97 ( i ate a lot the day beforr) Day 3: lately ive had a binging problem and i binged last night 😢 but still 97 Day 4: 96.8 but i wont be able to update for the next few days because im going on vacation , ill still listen tho Ok i am back from vacation and im around 94 now!! Ill keep updating more about other results because honestly i realized that im pretty much st my goal
