Protein Loaded Vegan Cheese Dipping Sauce
- 70g firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons leftover chickpeas
- 2 tsp Nutritional yeast flakes for that cheesy umami flavor
- 1 teaspoon white miso paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Plant-based milk (slightly over half a cup)
Blend tofu, chickpeas, nutritional yeast flakes, white miso paste, salt, pepper, and plant-based milk until you achieve a mayo-like consistency. Adjust the milk quantity for your desired thickness.

LOVE your videos. HACK: add a little warm cooked rice to any veggie sauce/creamy soup recipe: far more silky, richer and creamier for few calories, and more body. It will not come out the same with cold cooked rice or rice flour.

I've tried googling this, but.. can anyone provide a rough equivalent in cups to the 70 G of tofu?? From the video, maybe around 1/2 cup? Thanks! I can see a lot of uses for a super simple yummy sauce like this and really want to try it.
