I think it would be cool if they added Roald Dahl into the Greek focus tree, as the squadron he was in was the only Greek air support in the entire battle of Athens
I remember reading about that in the book he wrote about it, I forget the name but it was a sequel to his 'Boy' story iirc, which was a more engaging version of an autobiography in of itself.

When I do these games with non historical I usually make the Soviets, the Uk, and Germany stay on their historical route because almost all other focus trees revolve around them

I don't know why Switzerland's bad. The Czechs really got done dirty in Death or Dishonor, but the Swiss focus tree is okay. But in multiplayer... It's really annoying. The gold market national spirit is disgusting, and if the Swiss joins the Allies or the Axis, and gets to be a major, the war can't really end. That mountainous piece of sh*t can't really be broken.

If you ever come back around to Byz try going for the path for German Mustache Man becoming the Leader of Byz. It’s tedious and hard path but it’s also not worth it, just your type of game

When I went non historical nothing really happened and world tension never went above 20% unless I ignited the powder keg

What happened with bulgaria is when you joined germany's faction bulgaria joined too since their a puppet. So I think it triggered the event chain to give bulgaria their claims.
You could’ve taken over the Allies to get another achievement.
