Zeera biscuits are my favorite
Oil 1/4
2 tbs sugar
Mix well
1 small egg beaten
Mixx well
Salt 1/2 half tea spoon
Zeera half table spoon
Flour 1 cup
1 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 tea spoon baking soda
Mix all ingredients well and knead the dough
And make biscuits
Can I make it without baking paper by just greasing the tray? Please reply
With what I can change the sugar with? Cause I mustn't eat it..
Can I use oat flour I want to make this please reply
Hi. Sorry for late reply. I am not sure as i havent tried oat flour myself. It will change the texture i think

Can we use gf baking flour instead of all purpose flour ? still we have to add baking powder and baking soda in baking flour?
Hi Shaheer. If you are using plain flour you have to add baking powder and baking soda in it.
I have used gluten free self raising flour in this recipe which already contain baking powder thats why i have added baking soda only.

For low carb, which flour can we use? Thanks
For low carb people use almond or coconut flour but for this recipe i think it wont work out. You can try it though but it will change the flavour and texture.

Yes the gluten free self raising flour that i have used has xanthan gum in it

I have used gluten free flour but you can use any white flour for this recipe

Aap kahan se hain as far as i know yeh Pakistan me milta hai aap search karein mil jaega. Agar na bhi milay toh aap kisi bhi gluten free self raising flour se bana lein insha'Allah ban jayega. Agar gluten free self raising na milay toh gluten free plain flour se bhi ban jaega bas osme apko 1 tsp baking powder dalna hoga

Hi Devika. Yahan pe mene gluten free self raising ata use kia hai jo baking k liye use hota hai agar apke pas nahi hai toh aap gluten free plain ata use kr sakhti hain bas osme apko 1 cup gluten free plain flour k sath 1 tsp baking powder dalna hoga

How can this be gluten free? It contains powdered sugar 🙄
Yes it is gluten free. Always check the ingredients when buying. There is a chance some companies might add starch in it but if you cant find gluten free icing sugar you can always make it at home by grinding normal sugar.
