- Check out this time lapse video of two amazing African lions being mounted and preserved by The Wildlife Gallery Custom Taxidermy Studio. We respect and honor the beauty of these magnificent animals. Our goal is to create the most life-like animal taxidermy art possible in order to preserve the respect due these amazing creatures, and to celebrate the time honored tradition of hunting that has been passed down from generation to generation.
when i was young, i visited a family in taiwan that had one of a cheetah.
I hope that the cheetah died of a natural death and not shot and hunted on purpose to make the taxidermy

Amazing and beautiful what an art
I have seen some crappy taxidermy work in my time, but this is absolutely one of the best ones I've ever seen! Bellisimo! Absolutely, 100% life-like! Well done!

I'm not coming here to knock the artists who do such amazing work, but I was a little saddened to see Lions as the subject. I hope they have a better-than-trophy backstory....
But the work is incredible! I love how playfully they were posed together. It's amazing how lifelike they still look, brilliant job by the artists! I especially loved the Lionness's pose. Anyone with cats, knows. Haha Great job guys! 💖💖💖

@@chandanmp1137 Not just skin. The morphology of the body sculpture looks very accurate especially the head. You can use real skin but your sculpting of the body and head might not be as good ending up with a weird looking Lion

My dad has a real stuffed lion imported from Africa. It has been hunted & is in my living room. I love this beast. But it cost my dad tens of thousands.

Meu pai ganhou há uns 40 anos atrás a cabeça de uma onça. Tava escondido pq achava aquilo bizarro. Mas ele faleceu. Peguei e lavei, é enorme, está com a mandíbula e os dentes de trás. As presas dianteiras, devem ter tirado. É caro o trabalho pra recuperar a cabeça? Nem sei se recupero. Aqui no Brasil, hoje a gente tem uma educação pra preservação , isso entra na cabeça, não sei se faço o trabalho ou deixo assim.

I’m fine with taxidermy as long as the animal was found dead, if you killed it then screw you.
Actually these lions were legally hunted in Africa and the meat was used to feeds thousands of starving people. Maybe do your research before you say stuff like that
