Such an amazing man. I went to a speech he gave today at an event focused on teaching high schoolers about innovation. He basically said the same thing he says here, but he explained it perfectly for everyone to understand, and he had a sense of humour while doing it too. Later I saw him and asked him if he'd let me take a picture, and he was a great guy even then.
Wow! This guy should be a professor. Ironically, he's a lecturer to all age groups & a magician with an incredible presentation. Logical, entertaining & an excellent story teller. He has the charisma & persona of a screen actor - Shakespearean character! He would be a great character in a movie. Great talk!!!

Thank you for the most comprehensive, inspiring and thoughtful lesson on what it takes in an organisation to have true innovation! The only word I would add is COURAGE, as it takes courage even in a supportive culture to think different, to be different and to take the risk of doing it differently.

I have been lucky to meet Dimis in a 3 day workshop last year: He is a professional who knows how to share his experience in innovation and who knows how to keep his students awake with his various magic tricks related to his topic. I think perhaps innovation is now overemphasised in the workplace, and perhaps it would be better to focus on developing employees further. That is much harder to do than simply announcing an innovation policy
