So the First Lady said “Mm my favorite” and that one girl who seemed normal screamed when she saw an eyeball in the food so does that mean the old lady’s favorite food is human
well i don't think the first ladies' favourite food is human, she most likely likes pork, human meat smells and apparrently tastes like pork, this is why many firefighters don't eat bacon, so the lady most likely thought it was pork.

14:25 she was the most normal person in this building maybe because she just moved in as you can see there are boxes beside her door, it must be her stuff, and she said "is this the rumoured tradition whenever a new neighbor moves in?" that means she is a new neighbor in that building. she also got scared when she saw the eyeball (which is how normal people would act) unlike the other neighbors who seem unbothered. she is also a cute character for me
I think the grandma and the man who almost eat his dog are pretty normal. They just didn't know they've been given human meat. A cannibal from my country said cooked human flesh is similar with chicken meat. The girl only realize because she got the eyeball.
No one realize Kenneth has been murdered. It shows when Laura bragged her relationship with Kenneth to Hilary. She got shocked when Hilary told her the food is Kenneth's meat. That's why Laura get enraged and want to kill Hilary and her son.

Daily human sins are watched through the point of view of a child. This is the best horror game I have ever played. Clear story, no "i am stuck in this level" crap. Just straight horror. Love it.

The storyline was interesting. Wasn't expecting the ending. All the characters did represent a lot of themes and types of people in the world. Which made it have like a realistic feel to it.

That woman on level 6 is quite possibly the most horrifying and uncomfortable encounter I've ever seen in a game. I was not expecting to have such a visceral reaction to it.

My dad had me watching forensic files at 7 years old telling me "watch out for all the weirdos out there." I didn't fully grasp the gravity of the show but as I got older I was Incredibly grateful for that.

There’s actually some alternative endings you missed, like if you return home too many times you get sent to your room and the game ends. You can also retrieve the missing food, but that causes the bully to get in your way during the chase. That’s all I found from my play-through, I might have missed something. :)
I just need to know for my own sanity, if he had said no to that horrible woman would she have let him go? 😭

8:26 when you place the food down, just walk away. Dont watch the man try to grab the food, because it'll scare you.
11:11 okay this man is tricky to agree or disagree to. When you die from him, just try to remember the floor number he is on and walk away.
15:12 since the dad has been killed and cooked, she was frightened by the sight of an eyeball in the leftovers. So that is why she went back in her apartment with a shocked face.
17:15 if u actually ruin the bully's plan, she will block your way to your floor apartment (9) when given chase by Laura. How you can ruin her plan was to go downstairs to grab the dog food, and present it to the neighbor who was about to eat the dog. If you do that, you'll get the bully blocking your way, and she would have a distorted face.
18:32 when Laura leaves to go inside her apartment to grab a knife, you must quickly get to your apartment. Do not listen to Laura when she says, "stay." Because she will stab you and you'll die and restart the chase, so just go once she starts to move.
The game's story: The Mom found out about her husband who cheated on her with a woman in the 7th floor named Laura, the husband was killed and cooked by the mother. The boy (who is our playable character) was told by the mother to deliver these leftovers to all the neighbors. You must give an answer to each "?" with a nod or shake your head. But with this, will determine your outcome of each neighbor you meet. Each neighbor will put trauma on the boy if given the wrong answer. For example, Daz nodded to the lady looking like Jeff the Killer. And what happened is, is that the boy was molested. That is all lol.
What happens if you say yes to the woman who asks if she has to pay? Does she just pay or is that another way to die?

I got so afraid on the molested part, my heart genuinely skipped some beats. His mom didn't even believe him, as someone who has experienced a similair situation like that it did scare me. The game is amazing, and it isn't too far off from reality.

Not me! I didn't think of it until Daz figures it out in the end. I figured out what was going on when Laura says "Kenneth finally told you about us?" The story clicked at that point. But what Hilary was serving was oblivious to me until the end. Still creepy tho 💀

The molestation part was the most uncomfortable part of any horror game I've ever watched/played in my life :)
Me too.. it’s so much like reality so to just think things like this happen in real life I think is the most gut wrenching part of it. As someone who raped by my uncle when I was a kid, watching it definitely made me feel uncomfortable and brought back a lot of trauma. Awful. :(

I told my parents years later when I finally knew what's right and wrong and they didn't believe me, got angry with me and told me to never mention it again. Much like the mother in this game. That part was horrible alone but the part that really hurt personally was when he tried talking the mom about t and she refused to listen and forced him to continue

not really, she killed her husband and as a way to get rid of the evidence she cut him up and branched it to her neighbors to eat, so when the cops pull up all the evidence is gone.

oh my god I literally started tearing up so badly when the child got molested by the neighbour. Really hit home. I ain’t gonna go into depth because it still haunts me but when I was 5 I got badly raped by a neighbour 2 times in a year, and the part where the mother kept unknowingly putting the child in the same position is terrifying to watch because my mom didn’t know as obviously being so young it was hard to process and put into words, and she also didn’t believe me till I was 15. The fact this happens very often in reality is so frightening and gut wrenching to think about. Please stay safe everyone because unfortunately there’s weird ass people like this everywhere.

It's true, the gouvernement will put in prison the rapist if you tell the police what happened, but the system must depend on the state and country but it must be like that overall. So please for your sake talk to your relatives and fight to get the rapist in prison. It will probably help you recover ever just a little and feel a little safer at least and it will most probably save and help other people. I support you too, you are incredibly strong for survuving! I hope your life is better now, and that you are safe!

I love it too! It somehow fits with the games atmosphere and each character has a certain look that gives you a different feeling. Awesome art style. Its making me want to practice it someday.
I actually almost cried during the part where the kid got molested, I have never been in that situation but imagining this poor little child suffering through that and the reaction they had afterwards was just so tear jerking

the end of the story is actually based on a short play called 'the woman who cooked her husband' with the 3 main characters: hilary, kenneth and laura. the pretty woman on floor 7 is the character laura, and the boys mother is hilary as we found out im the phonecall, meaning that the boys father must be the character kenneth. in summary, the original plot of the play is based on the fact hilary and Kenneth are married, and have been for 17 years, until hilary finds out that her husband kenneth has been cheating on her with laura, they then form a mutual hatred for kenneth. at the end of the play, the 3 are having dinner and Kenneth starts to choke, hilary and Laura then decide to just watch him d!e, and eventually hilary ends up cooking him, hence why the father (kenneth) is being served to all the neighbours.

Oh my god, its a game adaption of 'The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband'! this is such a creative take on the play, i recognise it from GCSE drama. i didn't even realise until i noted the names of the characters right at the end

I wasn’t expecting the end. It was a really good surprise. Each neighbour represented different themes and types of people. Some represented real kind of people that we have in the world which gave a realistic affect. I am subscribed and turned on the notifications I also like this video

At 1:32 I’m already guessing that the mum killed the dad and is feeding the neighbors. I mean already if you think about it, it doesn’t say where the dad is, and normally most people can’t make 10 BOXES of leftovers and you can tell that the mum is sort of keeping it to herself so my guess is that the husband cheated or he knew something about her and she didn’t want him to know. But hey that’s my guess.

I knew where Dad was the second the game loaded lol, but I absolutely LOVED how this game makes you reconsider the mentality most games sort of ‘reward’ you for; Daz says it himself “shall I say yes? _just to see what happens_ ?” This is what games train you to think regarding situations, but when you actually apply that mentality in life, well, they don’t pull any punches when they show you what happens.
Just to give you some clarity, you don't actually get killed by the old man when he lets you into his apartment. He kills you if you basically tell him murder is okay, but if you don't he brings you in safely and protects you, either killing your mother or by getting her arrested.
There's three endings and that one is, sadly, the best ending. The worst ending is refusing to go out at all, as your mother turns psychotic on you. The neutral ending is obeying your mother, as it's implied she not only killed your father but his lover (the psycho chasing you in the ending) too. And, yes, you did get diddled. Why you ever entered that apartment I'll never know, I mean it was obvious what was happening.
