This song has always screamed Dean & Cas to me, but Misha's recent confirmation that yes, one of Jensen's songs was written about them (and who are we kidding it's this one)-well that was the final inspiration for me to make this edit. IT'S ABOUT THEM. AHH. Okay anyway. This took me a weirdly long time to edit, and then a ridiculous amount of time to export. The video was done three days ago but I only just got a decent export, which is actually a combination of one regular export that was pieced together with two screencaps and some re-added overlay effects. (Exporting regularly was giving me major, weird glitches, hence the work-arounds.) It's probably not as 'flawless' as it was in my editing program, but it's pretty much a perfect match so I don't care. Yay to finally being able to upload it! I've been very excited to share this one with you all :) I hope you enjoy it!

Learning the fact that Jensen wrote a song about Dean and Cas on his new album (and all fingers point to this being that song) makes me go crazy.

Okay, just watched this again and I need to say that this edit is brilliant. It celebrates the true nature of their relationship: Angel watching over man. Brothers. Family. Bonded. And I think Jensen's lyrics do exactly the same. I'm all for the fun of shipping them because, yum... But this edit works perfectly with the song in a serious way and isn't about Destiel, but about the real love they had for each other.
