No vehicle is an investment aprt from the ones that the super rich buy and sell amongst themselves for crazy prices to launder money. These vans are far too over priced (just like all VAG products) What on earth got it into people that hauling a bed in the back was a cool thing !? Save the expense: Buy a tent and a good sleeping bag. I an guarantee that the experience is far better and if you are anywhere near a built up area, then spend some of that saved cash on a decent hotel. Have you calculated the number of hotel nights you could spend for the price of one of these vans ? Few people who have actually use them regularly; They are a "status" symbol for those who waste money on them and simply a waste of space. Buy a good car and put a tent in the boot = Loads more fun AND happy driving because these are basically delivery vans. OR: Rent one for a week end. Far cheaper.

Any crissis and these little vans be the ones that get you from A to B, no questions asked.
Nice vehicle! How about the 2.4 engine? I had the same in my ald California, before my actual T4 Exclusive 2.5 TDI and the problem in it was the temperature. Enjoy it!

To this day, it has the best interior of any class B camper. The rest of the car (engine, transmission, water pump, electrical) was crap.

These vehicles never had that. It just makes camper complicated and smelly. Get a bucket toilet and structure right out the door.
