When it comes to christmas decorations out of all the monterey resorts, Grand Floridian always wins, I mean that gingerbread bread houses is hard to compete with, Also loved after 16 minutes. You got a good view of the monorail leaving contemporary that never gets old

I like to grab a coffee and pastry at Kona Isle Coffee Bar and relax in the lobby of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It's never crowded. Afterwards I hop on the Resort Monorail and head to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and then on to Disney's Contemporary Resort.
As nice as the Gingerbread House is at the Grand Floridian, I wish that their little treat shop opened earlier in the morning and that they would also sell Coffee and Hot Cocoa too.
November/ December is certainly the best time of year to enjoy the Monorail Resort decorations.

It’s always so cool to see the themed decorations in the Monorail hotels! The only hotel on the monorail loop that we’ve stayed at was the Grand Floridian. We stayed there many times back in the day when the economy was better.
Our other favorite hotel is Wilderness lodge, and we will be there in January. They have by far the best food options as well!Thanks for another awesome video!!👏👏

Hey 4K 😊👋🏼 thanks for this video ! We just did a whole day of resort, gingerbread house, hopping lol we used the monorail, the shuttles and the Skyliner. Oh, what fun we had highly recommend it.😃🎅🏼🎄

Great start at The Poly!! Seems like I was just there! (oh wait! 😜) I heard that we kind of just missed running into each other again after lunch (I was likely in the Great Ceremonial House the same time as y’all as I ran to and from and back to car with Rapid Fill mug to get a bev for the road!) Aw, I did miss the Christmas Tree and decor there being a little early in the season. I missed the tree in GF…but at least got to see the gingerbread house (and purchase a couple of shingles to enjoy). Love the decor at The Contemporary too!! I missed the tree a coupld of weeks ago, but at least got to see the Gingerbread Castle just completed!! (also missed the other decor too!! but saw plenty of Christmas merch in the shops!!).
Doing the monorail crawl in a few weeks! Can’t wait to see everything decorated

Just like the others, these decorations are understated but appropriate for the resort's theme as well. I especially like the Mary Blair inspired gingerbread display at the Contemporary and bamboo fire pole effect on top of the tree at the Poly. Fantastic as always 4K. Happy MK resort Saturday!
Thanks so much Andrew!! I agree, the decorations fit each resort nicely! I think the Poly tree got a new look this year. I remember a fish being at the top instead of the bamboo fire pole!
🎄Shoutout to the thumbnail! All hotels add that much extra w/the themed decor (wish Poly's tree was reimagined closer to tiki guy😊) The GF's birdcages thru their tree is just IT. 🦢🦢Contempo's house is better on video but losing my phone in that area before a lunch might just have me with lingering PTSD. Nice catch of that monorail, though. Thx for the beauty as always💜
I agree Liz, the tree at the Poly is just so small and seems out of place. I’m so sorry about the losing your phone scare. I would’ve been scarred by that myself honestly 😩 Thank you so much as always!
I love the different resorts my favorite is the poly in my opinion is the most unique of the three is elegant but not that much 🦅

I’ve been to Polynesian and Grand Floridian back in March to eat sushi 🍣 and a grilled cheese sandwich 🥪.

Yes, all 3 resorts are great but I think the Polynesian is the best one!
By the way - I had never noticed the candles before on the top of the Christmas Tree in the lobby of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
Although this tree is relatively small compared to the Christmas Tree in the lobby of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, it's still a VERY big tree that would probably never fit in most people's houses.🎄🌴

I think the top of the Polynesian tree is new this year! I recall previous years there was a fish on the top. The tree is definitely still very big compared to regular ones that go in homes. Thanks so much as always 😃
