    Excellent video my friend had the same problem on his front windows so he got the sewing machine out and added a little fabric to those areas that were showing light thru and fixed the problem

    Thank you very much for the review sir! I've been doing my research because of course they aren't the cheapest thing in the world, haha! But, I've bought the weather tech floor mats a bit over a year ago and they are absolutely FANTASTIC, and these look amazing. Even more so the way you show them. Specifically how they just so effortlessly slide in and pull out of the window. I can't get over how easy that looks. Like, when I've tried putting in my front windshield cheap sunshade from wal-mart for example, it is such a pain to fit it in, doesn't fit properly, a bunch of light gets in, etc. I can't see any negatives with this! Thank you!

    “I’d buy them ten times over” lol SOLD
    Thanks ordering for my 2021 4Runner. I live in Sarasota Florida and I have it set up in the back to sleep and camp. Also I have a Dometic fridge and a Jackery 1000 I want to keep private. I’ll use black side out to blend with my windows that are already tinted. Thanks brother 😎

    The things that bothers me is they don’t fully fit every window 100 percent. There’s always spots where it leaks light in. I like to sleep in pitch black. And for the money it should be a perfect fit.

    • @alanosborne1947
      @alanosborne1947 Před rokem +1

      I don't think that's possible unless you custom fit and make them yourself! If you really wanted to you could fix it so they are complete blackout with a little extra effort.

    Man them are nice. Got to get me some of them. And I got one of them air mattress and I love mine to. But it dose leak down once a week but I’m good with that. Maybe one day I can get them shades for my broken down old Dodge. Good video

    Thanks for the review! I have a 2007 Dodge 3500 Mega Cab and just ordered the Weather Tech sunshade. I tried to get side window kit but they're not available at this time. I'm hoping they start making them but until then I'll buy some reflective material and make my own. I reviewed several sunshade makers and Weather Tech fits the best and THEY'RE MADE IN THE USA!!

    See, that shiny black........🤔 I have these and I had to fix that. I parked my car at a Wal mart went inside came out the other. Had a buddy of mine waiting on the other side to pick me up and I watched my car for a awhile. It started attracting attention a little. Two people actually tried looking in and one pulled the handles. Keep in mind that Walmart is not in the best part of town. My window tint was not the darkest, that was the other problem. Im full time living and im going to be doing this for a great while. I should have recorded that

    How do these affect your window tint? Do your window tint start to come off with the heat?

  • @jesseobrien5864

    Do they cover they windows all the way around? Was gonna buy a pack for my Prius and travel Oregon with my dog

  • @stacky512a
    @stacky512a Před 10 měsíci

    It’s not a 100% exact fit, but better than anything other else. The windshield shade has a significant gap under the rear view mirror (Tacoma)
    Worth the money? Not really but what else is out there?

    Did you ever find a better air mattress that doesn't leak? Thanks!

    • @CFarmer
      @CFarmer  Před rokem

      I finally broke down and bought a memory foam mattress from wallmart and cut it down. I slept better on air matress but it doesn't leak.

  • @Cmagic678

    If I'm car camping with these installed, can you still crack the windows for some ventilation, it doesn't make it airtight right?

    • @CFarmer
      @CFarmer  Před 2 lety

      You could but the shades could still block the airflow. There not air tight but could be restrictive

  • @haganwilson8609
    @haganwilson8609 Před rokem +1

    When you’re sleeping in your truck, do you leave it idling? Or cut it off completely and crack a window or something?

    • @robmyers7263
      @robmyers7263 Před rokem +1

      I know you shouldn't have to modify them since they're so expensive but I've tried making my own and I'm just not happy with them. I do think a person could take some black gorilla tape and make a little flap in the areas that light is leaking in.
