I remember once going to a party that was next to a Shakira concert, I didn’t go to the concert because I wasn’t that much into Shakira but while outside hanging out I started hearing a familiar sound, I was like “is that nothing else matters? For real?” I was quite pleasantly surprised that Shakira played that song on her shows!
I have tons of respect for Shakira as a musician for taking on a cover from one of the most iconic metal bands in the world, and still keeping her style with it. Major props!
