Best look for local family farms... ask to tour the farm's and get your mests from them. It's what in doing now.
At least they can explain the more humanitarian techniques that are used.
All creatures have feelings... but I'm struggling to see how many HUMANS, lack emotional empathy... for animals and other people.
I will cry when an animals time has come. As for SOME HUMAN's .... NOT so much.
Isn't it ironic..? The greedy never learn... they can't ANYTHING with them, when they go.
Best to leave behind good memories and stories for others to tell, about being a GOOD person & about the way he/she handled other creatures.
Life is worthless, without compassion, respect and love for all things. Life is SHORT.
