Oh my world ! I wish to have had this video before my hearing. Oh my! Saying: I put to you and describe what you you put make all the difference. I know I haven't win more claims because I didn't know how to put the case properly, and that is one of the MOST IMPORTANT part of the hearing if you want to Win, absolutely is.

Hi! I don't know why but I've got the feel it's not exactly done the same way as in a criminal trial. The questions seem long-winded, hard to follow. Do the Judges need to make notes of the responses or not? I thought in a cross examination it's better to keep the questions short etc. I'd like a rather realistic view of a cross-examination. Is this it?

Criminal trials are different to Tribunals. The processes and procedures can vary between different types of law!
