I started this video this morning, stopped 1/3 of the way through, bought LF and then bought an iPad Pro and drove 6 hours round trip so I would have it tonight so I could start working with it tomorrow because your video showed me that this would be totally doable for me! Thanks!
Thank you so much for all your amazing tutorials! Your tutorials really helped my channels early on and now I have 5k subs on one channel and 2k on another! Thanks again!
I'm just transitioning to editing video on my iPad. This was the perfect tutorial for me! You cover a lot of ground quickly, but clearly. Thanks so much!
I literally started using LumaFusion yesterday an this video was perfect. I’m pretty technical so I just need a quick overview to get me started and I can run with that, this was exactly what I needed.
Super helpful! Thankyou! You taught me how to use Adobe premiere, and now I’m switching to luma fusion and wanted to know how to use it. And I found you video and it was great! Thankyou so much for this awesome tutorial!
He’s Brilliant. So bored with long videos that spin things out instead of getting there facts over clearly and simply …THis is magic. (I just wish there was a forum for questions when I get stuck )
Hey Justin, thanks for this tutorial. It's so easy to work with Lumafusion that I am thinking of giving up Premiere Pro... when possible. All the best, keep up the good work and till the next tutorial!
I used a different editing software to edit my ideas called VideoLeap which is really user friendly for any beginners and I decided to graduate to Luma Fusion because I was looking for more professional editing features. But for any beginners who really have no idea what to use, I say start with. VideoLeap Pro and transition to LumaFusion by watching this video, just like I am. Thanks so much JB!
Simply the best instructional video out there…everybody else is selling something, promoting themselves and talk way TOO MUCH. You are understandable. Thank you .
Just about to temporarily transition from FCPX to LF......this video was perfect to help me get started and find my way around the interface. Thank you. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great editing tips, I edit on my laptop through Vegas Movie Studio Pro 16, and I think this video will help so many other content creators when it comes to editing through a Iphone or Ipad or android or tablets. I will totally reference this video if I decide to switch over and use LumaFusion.
This tutorial is definitely the best here on CZcams. I just bought a new refurbished iPad Air 5 today especially for my editing! Thank You so much for this easy to follow video. 🙏❤️
Thank You Justin! Actually I've seen this video more than a couple of times. I will take this opportunity to wish you and all of your Team and Family that all of your projects come to reality in 2022. A healthy and joyful New Year. Cheers
Dear sir Please suggest me How i can transfer Video from My Android Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra Phone to My IPAD Air by USB Cable. So i can edit my videos easily. Waiting for your reply. I am your biggest videos viewer, and your way of teaching method is really fantastic.
You are brilliant Justin, seriously brilliant, your tutes are so lucid and smart/creative. I just grokked that the chapter menu at base is navigation device, wow that is so smart. Anyway thanks mate, so much value in just this one vid, you have set me free to make much better videos for my two channels.
Excellent tutorial - I've just purchased an M1 iPad Pro and a Samsung T7 SSD and installed LumaFusion, this video was just what I needed to get going, thank you. The M1 iPad edit's 4K 30fps Dolby Vision HDR from my iPhone 13 Pro perfectly - buttery smooth.
Your video made me finally buy luma fusion, I was dwelling on get it for my iPad or just continue to use my desktop computer with premiere pro, thank you.
What is the minimum iPad storage capacity requirement to edit 4k ProRes using LumaFusion in external SSD mode on iPad Pro 2022 ? Is 128GB too little? Loved the little side Justin at 0:20, was compelled to hit the like button😃
Excellent video. I’ve been using LumaFusion and it was nice to see the detail that you put into the options side of things. Thank you so much. Subscribed!
Thx Justin. It was indeed a great help watching this tutorial video. I was actually just starting out and nowhere to start with, until I ran over this and it did helped me really.
Hello! How are you? Sorry if you explained it in a video, I was looking everywhere and I couldn't find the solution. I need to change the speed of multiple clips at once. That is, put all the cuts, at 75% speed for example. I can only do it with one, when I try to copy and paste that parameter, it doesn't take it. Take the rest, but not the speed. It is very cumbersome to change one by one when I have many clips. Thank you!!!
Is there a feature to edit the audio. Im using a bluetooth microphone and it sounds tinny? If that makes sense. I want to make it sound more clean and clear and natural. Great and Helpful review. Thanks.
Hello , thanks that’s really interesting, however I’m wondering if you can show us how to add keyframes in video and audio tracks if it’s possible ? Thanks
Real quick question, and I might miss it in this video if you have two projects is there a way to join them into one. I’m getting ready to do a major backpacking trip and definitely have a beginning and an end I would like in every video and maybe other clips I would like to add but wanting to see if I could join two projects into one if you could tell me where in this video you cover that that would be great I’m gonna watch this thing intently I’ve been using luma fusion for a while but nowhere near even proficient at it

Great video and explanations. I video my fishing trips and currently edit with you cut on my s20 ultra. I have a iPad mini 4 I would like to use for editing. This program is far more advanced than you cut but I may just give it a try. Thanks for the video.

This app sure looks smooth af. I've been editing videos for 15 years now. Started with Good Ole Windows Movie Maker, Power Director, Vegas, Premiere Pro, After Effects and now I am looking at Luma Fusion. Great Tutorial. 👍
Thank you for this easy follow tutorial Justin! I love Filmora on my desktop for all the free effects, music, stickers, transitions etc already included in the paid version… I’m considering switching to LM on iPad for when im travelling but In comparison, Luma Fusion seems to be very low on the amount of “fun”options (didn’t see any stickers, and not many effects)? How can you make a video fun and engaging without those? Thank you in advance for your reply, I don’t want to purchase LF and feel disappointed ;)

Why is LF media so confusing. 1. If using an external SSD for all my files Does my project reside on the SSD or still in Luma fusion? 2. I noticed on the iPhone under Help and Settings>Preferences> There is No switch for External Drive Editing. ( like is does on the iPad) Does this mean on the iPhone LF copies all the media into cache even off an external drive being linked ?? Thanks for any helpful info
