    Serves 8-10
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Caramel Sauce:
    -Sugar 1 Cup
    -Olper’s cream 1 Cup
    -Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Prepare Caramel Custard:
    -Olper’s milk 3 Cups
    -Cornflour 4 tbs or as required
    -Olper’s milk ¼ Cup
    Assembling:
    -Chocolate brownie or Cake crushed
    -Cornflakes or Almonds crushed
    -Chocolate chips
    -Whipped cream
    -Chocolate syrup
    -Chocolate brownie
    Directions:
    Prepare Caramel Sauce:
    -In a saucepan,add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown and gently stir pan few times in between to mix.
    -Turn off the flame,add cream then turn on the flame & whisk well.
    -Add vanilla essence & mix well.Caramel sauce is ready!
    Prepare Caramel Custard:
    -Take out half quantity of prepared caramel sauce in a bowl,let it cool & transfer to a piping bag.
    -In remaining caramel sauce,add milk,mix well & bring it to boil.
    -In cornflour,add milk & mix well.
    -Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens then strain with the help of strainer.
    -1 & ½ Cup of caramel sauce is ready!
    -Let it cool while whisking to avoid lumps.
    -Transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until chilled.
    Assembling:
    -In a serving glass,add chocolate brownie & press gently.
    -Add prepared caramel sauce,cornflakes,chocolate chips,prepared caramel custard,whipped cream & drizzle caramel sauce & chocolate syrup.
    -Garnish with chocolate brownie & serve chilled!

    -Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal dein aur chulha on ker ka ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Caramel sauce tayyar hai.
    -Caramel sauce ki half quantity ko bowl lein nikal ker thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.

    -Remaining caramel sauce mein dooodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Cornflour mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein phir strainer ki madad sa strain ker lein.
    -1 & ½ Cup caramel sauce tayyar hai.
    -Whisk kertay hoye custard ko thanda ker lein ta ka lumps na banay.
    -Piping bag mein transfer ker lein & refrigerator mein thanda ker lein &
    Assembling:
    -Serving glass mein chocolate brownie dal ker evenly pheela lein.
    -Tayyar caramel sauce,cornflakes,chocolate chips,tayyar caramel custard,whipped cream,caramel sauce & chocolate syrup drizzle ker lein.
    -Chocolate brownie sa garnish ker lein & thanda serve karein!
