    Like the build, small note I had subtitles still on from a vid I was watching in other language and CZcams subtitles really does not work with your accent it makes for a great laugh 😁😂😂😂

    Congrats on getting it running! Definitely love the new camera. Excited for more content, keep up the great work. Also, a dual shear shift rod should definitely help with the shifter lean. The stock single shear one allows for a lot of lean and play. (Not sure if you’re already running one). Good luck!

As I've told you in person many times lol but everytime I see it it makes me happy for both of you :) loved the editing too especially the beginning bit with MJ hahaha!       blown motor you never do this mod.....deck height its not tall enough to handle the crank and such. save the block just put in bigger cams......my m52b28 has 335i intake cam and bigger exhaust cam by moving stock intake to exhaust side and puting 335i cam..on intake ....you get some real power

      Started with m52, ended up with an m50 block, m52 head.

      I also noticed it. There's also metal oil filter cap on M50, this one has plastic. M52 head on M50 block is a great choice, M52 head has stiffer valve springs.

      0280155831 bosch volvo injectors with my map adjusted to allow them to respond like pink tops (i.e.fuel turned down by around 30%)

    Did you solve the dying on throttle yet? It’s just your acceleration enrichment... it leans out as the blade opens... need more fuel at your partial throttle 👍🏻

    Ms41 ? What maps table need to change for 3.0 stroker ? My car m52b25 , i have a plan to stroke up 2.8 or maybe 3.0

      I'm not 100% sure what you mean. My engine uses hydraulic valve adjusters, they tap before full of oil. It also sounds like there is a whistle, this is my exhaust.

      @@ManSeeksCivic I wanted a chassis mount but people suggest you only use them if you have stiffer engine and gearbox mounts, and I bought new oem. I ended up with a Z4 3.0i, it's the shortest factory throw that fits an E36.

      @@ManSeeksCivic be aware shifter from Z cars sit lower, although it's not bothered me too much it's worth mentioning. They're also not curved like E36 ones but that's never been a problem for me

      I'd done my fuel calcs wrong and it ran too lean. I use volvo injectors adjusted to match the pink tops.

    The suspense is killing me, I am currently stuck into the same build. I want to see dyno results lol.
    Good work tho, when it wouldnt start and you found a fuel leak on a pipe you never touched, I was shouting at the screen saying your fuel lines are on wrong.
    I assume you also have a good map for it now?

    The engine works poorly. Because Exhaust camshaft is faulty. It had to be a little steeper.

      @@ManSeeksCivic I did the same setup today. M50b32. Inlet camshaft m54b30 47.7mm. Exhaust camshaft m50nv inlet camshaft. The M50nv camshaft corner is upright and there are no problems. M54b30 camshaft standard installation. But the position of the m50nv camshaft is very different

      No man. Its using the m54b30 intake cam and the m50b25nv intake cam (as an exhaust cam). This gives bigger lift and duration on both cams. The head is still the m52 head and the dme is still Siemens.

      I can call my 3.0 stroker m50 because I have no vanos and before was m52b28 and now its m50b30

    What do you have to say about all these people that mention the extreme unbalance? This is the first of your videos I've ever seen so sorry If i missed anything!

      The engine "feels" no more unbalanced than before. If I were using it for racing and thus high revving I would have gone further to mitigate the harmonics because there is evidence that it should be considered.

      @@ManSeeksCivic thanks for such a quick reply. I am likely going to build out an M50b30 from my m50tu so I am trying to gather some inputs from people such as yourself. For boost I’m considering boring out to 84mm to fix that balance issue better than crank balancing could.

      So your bore is already 84mm. The b30 crank stroke is 89.6mm. Sadly boring it "square" isn't possible I don't think. Depending on what you're going to use it for you may need to think of balancing or improved harmonic damper.

      The 328 already ran on Ms41.2 usm3 software - adjusted for the 328. It now runs an adjusted m3 map (s52b30) - closer to stock usm3 mapping.

      RomRaider (to edit the dme maps and log the cars sensors)
      Megalogviewer (to interpret the logs).

    How much did it cost to stroke your m50b25tu????

      That's objective but the crank, rods and pistons normally sell for around £300. Then the seals gaskets and fluids all come to around £200, bearings were expensive and then there's all the little bits. It depends hugely on what you can do yourself and how you come across the parts.

    well the deck plane height is not the same for the crank and pistons, your piston heads are gona are gonna tap the valve heads.....to long for your block .you should have used 335i cams, like i did for my 97 328i m52b28 all i did was swapped the 335i intake cam to my car and moved my intake cam over to exhaust and then you got a real screamer, plus ITBS and its smoking!!! youll see detination soon and you get a bad ticking sound.......DECK PLANE man not the same DECK plane height
