Really? Great minds think alike im building my headliner on my first gen 4runner with spots holding perun minis under where the visors sit and a slot for the warrior 3 on driver side pillar. All flush mounted with foam and a small battery cell that will power the magnetic chargers and not drain my battery. Plus solar panels on my dash to help keep things topped up. I'll prbly mount the flood lights I a interior panel, and the large one will get a home under the hood in the engine bay.

I've been reluctant to purchase a product that is flogged by a CZcams channel for a long time. I got caught out last Friday evening, and I immediately thought of Olight when reaching for my phone for a source of light, which did the job albeit at a stretch. Upon your recommendation, I will put that reluctance aside and go forth with a purchase in order to help myself in problematic situations moving forward. Thank you, John.

Those little portable floodlights with the USB outlet are a god send. I bought a poverty special some years ago and it hasn't once let me down. If you have a few 18650s laying around you can pretty much run it for as long as you want. I think it cost me less than 20 AUD. Same story with a few inspection lights I use, I often find them better than a standard torch - except when they hit the low voltage cut off level, that's it, you're done for the day. Would be nice if they had some sort of indicator to tell you they are about to die.
The strobe function on some of these is incredible. I’ve given them to multiple people as they are most certainly effective.

Those Olight Swivels look like they were actually thought about before they were produced. There are so many lights that are claimed to be functional work lights and they generally fail in some, or many respects. These things are really good all-round light sources with safety bonuses to boot.
I'd buy one but I have too many headlights, spot torches, and flood torches of various sizes and power already. I seem to have become a portable light collector without realizing it. But who knows, I may well treat myself post-Christmas.
Edit: Damn you, John! Damn you to HECK! I just check my non-existent budget, then hit the Olight website and saw the sale is on until Saturday.

Hi.I have an Olight Pro Max and sometimes it happens when switching to red mode from white mode when I want to switch off in this mode (red) it does not want to switch off at the first time but you have to press the button twice. I would be grateful if you could check whether this also happens in your unit. Best regards.

3 months ago I seen one of your vid promoting the marauder 2, I endup buying it. Beast of a torch, since then I have spent over 2k on olight torches and oknifes within a short period of time, mainly because of the constant sale lol. Black Friday and Christmas sale. That swivel pro max is a big boy, was one of the torches I bought from the last sale, only downside is the magnet, it hold the torch ok but I'm a little worry of it dropping for the weight and size of it.
Drill some holes in the handle and glue some more magnets to help it stick . I just bought a light and looks like i will do that to mine . I like a good holding magnet .

^*red light on pro is an awesome upgrade and that directional adjustment too cause sometime it just can’t attach and point in right direction. Wish I saw this 24 hours ago, would have upgraded. 😢
Hi John, Love the o-light products, tried to purchase an o-light swivel unfortunately OOS.
I have the swivel in my work bag it’s a good thing; swivel has a usb c charging port, this is good. Is the battery replaceable?
Olight’s proprietary magnetic charger is slow unreliable and annoying, just get a torch with usb c recharging; it uses the same cable as everything else.
Olight’s batteries are proprietary and can be discontinued by olight.
We got two for our workshop they’re awesome.

I love the products (I have 1x Array 2 Pro headlight, 2x Warrior X and 2x Swivels) but not so much a fan of the firm. For example, the sale has just started (posted 0730 on 13 DEC) and both the Swivel and Swivel Pro are out of stock. Similarly the discount now is greater than the Black Friday sale. None of this is within your control, but Caveat Emptor.
Also the deals are not the same. The 30% markdown for both swivel pro and max isn't there..instead 20% and 25% instead...
