    Say I have a video clip I’m tracking the anchor point/null layer to. The effect distorts the footage. Is there a way to isolate it so it doesn’t blur the video?

      thanks for the comment.
      Precompose all the other layers (but not the footage layer). so your main comp will be:
      *1) Hologram Projection precomp (made of all the hologram layers, adjustment layer, and null)
      *2) Background footage that you tracked to get the null's motion
      currently, the adjustment layer is affecting all layers below it in the composition. if the adjustment layer is inside the precomp, it won't affect the background footage you are using in the main comp.
      does this make sense? lmk

    can i do this with 3d texts? @Creativid Studios

    • @BWayMotion
      @BWayMotion  Před 3 lety

      Yes. And if you tracked the 3d text into a scene, first precompose it with the camera layer. Then treat the (2d layer) precomp as the hologram footage.
