I mean Rain Bows in the double digits and I don't mean inches. I caught three in a row over 12 lbs one when 17. On a Fly Rod and 22 griffiths gnat. Midge heaven. Great way to do duck!

It's cold here too so I feel your pain (March is almost here!) but the food scene here is great. Congrats on finishing Liberty! I bake allot in my Dutch Oven. We know Dave can cook. But, We want to know, can Dave bake? Good luck with the altitudes and I hope you meet some good friends.
@GCgame Ducks do not have any white meat. The breast is dark also. The purpose in frying the outside is to remove excess fat from the skin, so the duck will not be greasy.
Dave - love your cooking, but I cant help but laugh when you complained about -4 degrees - up in Edmonton we run our smokers to -10 and dutch ovens to -20!
ps - new mexico is beautiful, and one of the best parts of it is that it's right next to texas! :D texas has lots of good food, take advantage of that!
