I was soo wrong about Sal. I used to notice little things but now I'm sure he's an asshole pretending to be a "nice guy". His weight loss probably gave him a new lease on looking down on people

You can literally feel how Joe and Steve are walking on egg shells around Sal in this episode. Another commenter nailed it when he said it's like sitting down to an awkward family dinner after your dad just finished yelling at your mom for an hour.
Joe is a really heartfelt, empathetic, and thoughtful. That 'Better Help' ad read was so sincere. What a sweetheart.

The problem with the last episode wasn't the anger or the yelling, it's that Sal stops making coherent arguments when he's in that mood.
My least favorite aspect of this is Sal trying to convince us he doesn’t get angry/upset. It’s a very odd coping mech tbh

I feel like a traumatized child seeing his parents fight for an hour and then sit down for a nice meal together laughing.
If Sal could just apologize for treating Joe how he did then this would have been a lot more enjoyable to watch.
I have been a fan for years. I don’t care if their anger/madness/frustration is real or not. I don’t care if they are being serious or just acting. Call it whatever you want. What Sal did on the last episode was not entertaining. I’m only expressing this because I truly love this show

I almost can’t listen because Sal cuts Derosa off every time he’s about to finish a point and then rambles for 45 minutes. Almost as if he doesn’t say his points back to back then they hold no weight. Also, Derosa has stupid points and forgets when he speaks in absolutes sometimes. Big fan! Love you guys! 😅

The initial fighting over this in part 1 is insane. Biscuits and gravy is a breakfast food and garlic bread is to be had with dinner (it's not a 'meal' like b&g is) They are so different there is no possible way to 'win' the argument.
You can have biscuits and gravy any time of the day. You ever hear of "Brinner"? People eat what they want, when they want. Some people eat pizza for breakfast. Are you going to call them out as well.
