- Asus Zenbook 13 OLED UX325EA Unboxing and Review. In this video, I unboxed and reviewed the all-new Asus Zenbook 13 OLED UX325EA. This laptop is priced at $1,030 or N530,000. The Asus Zenbook 13 OLED UX325EA is an ultra-thin and ultra-light. What makes this laptop stand out is the 13.3 inch OLED display that it comes with. I compared the laptop of the Asus zenbook 13 OLED UX325EA with the Apple Macbook Pro 13 inch and I observed that the Asus OLED display was more contrasty and vibrant.
For the specs of the Asus Zenbook 13 OLED UX325EA, it comes with the latest Intel Tigerlake Core i7 11th Gen processor with Intel Iris Xe Graphics. The one I have here comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X Ram and 512GB SSD. it has 4 cores and 8 threads making it a very snappy laptop when it comes to single-core tasks. The memory can’t be upgraded. It is soldered to the board. You have the option to pick the 8, 16, or 32GB RAM version. For the operating system, it comes with windows 10 home edition.

It's a sweet portable laptop. I got to play with the Asus vivobook Pro 14X OLED and I am sorry to burst your bubble since you got this one but ..... I prefer the vivobook pro 14X OLED because of the keyboard Design and the 90hz display refresh rate. But still the Asus ZenBook 13 OLED is still a cool laptop.

Yes it's aluminum. My mistake.kinda feels like plastic.
I bought one and regretted. Fan works quite often and it is annoying. Wouldn't recommend.

hello! I rlly like the way you explain each and every details of this laptop, it really helps me a lot since I’m currently considering to buy this laptop. But there’s thing that you didn’t discuss I guess, it’s about the heat.. does this laptop over-heat? cause you know, sometimes it gets really annoying and it distracts our activity right😁I do hope that you will reply to my comment, Thank you😊😊
Yes it heats up when you push it. For example if you switch on performance mode and render a 4K video file using Adobe Premiere pro, the laptop gets hot. This happens to most laptop. But the heat isn't unbearable.

No
Not at all. It is a pretty standard 720p camera (0.9 MP). In fact it is amazing how in 2021 we have 150€ smartphones with 4K cameras but we still have laptops with 720p... Just ridiculous.

I have bought the Zenbook 13 OLED with i5 and 512GB SSD. Which M2 PCIe 1TB is compatible for upgrade. My SANDISK Ultra 3D Festplatte, 1 TB Interner Speicher M.2 via NVMe is not listed when installing Win11 fresh though the BIOS indentifies it.But Windows setup ist asking for drivers.Any help?

why they put a fan inside? i have a older acer without fan, i had never a heat problem even when i make video editibg, this asus would be better without fan, may it can be a problem when you put it on the bed, the fan will not cyrculate air, specially when you are a camper in a van

The computer is really nice. However, unless the fan speed and performance are at the maximum the computer is very, very slow. But then, at maximum settings, it is very noisy. And even with the maximum performance enabled, the result on UserBenchmark for the GPU is still very low (only 16,6%). I have i7-1165G7, 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. Obviously, everything is fully updated, Windows 11, all drivers, BIOS, ... Any idea why am I getting this bad performance?

@@jame5game5 No, I tried W10 as well for some days. In the meantime I realised that the problem is that this is a slim laptop and in general all (?) slim laptops have this problem (between home and work I have 3 slim laptops from 3 different brands and all of them have this problem). So, in practice, unless you don't care about the fan noise, which I bet you do, you cannot use this laptop in performance mode while doing most of the non-standard tasks. I'm using it in standard mode with the CPU at 60% all the time. I just wonder why no one mentions the fan noise in any review...
@ Fan noise is not really a problem for me (I got used to it). Plus I usually turn on some music.
@ I totally agree with you. I bought 16gb 512 ssd model 1 month ago and since then the fan never stopped. I put ice underneath to stop the fan so that I could work at night. Ridiculous!

noise - not so much (dont understand where you have that noisy sound from)
screen - the best, you will not want to go back to led backlight
compatible with HP dock sistems

no upgradable option for RAM
must be verry carefull with BURN IN fpecific to OLED displays

@@valorreviews lol, it was a good review, but yeah this is a quite major mistake nonetheless. Aluminium suggests the laptop is indeed premium, a plastic laptop just cannot be premium, so it's quite a difference. Of course I knew it was aluminium before I watched the review, just wanted to see it live, so thanks brother:)
