8 mins of sirsasana! That's a group of strong students! I'm impressed! But then again they have an amazing teacher!
This is indian Gift to whole world.
I love your classes because of the thorough explanation I badly need to protect myself from possible dangers before I start practicing on my own. Namaste. 🙏🏼😌💞
Great work from great yoga teacher
Wow....great coordination....love it😘
what an awesome teacher!
I got it on the first try, started wobbling and could only do it for 5 seconds. Maybe my core is weak or something but I will keep practicing everyday.
Thank you so much, Roads To Bliss. These videos are a great help for my home practice. Peace..

Amazing.
I usually do it 3 times, about 1.5 minutes each time. Surely this inspires me to try longer, say about 2 or 2.5 minutes each time.
감사합니다 ^^
Where is your classes. I am from india maharashtra navimumbai from kharghar
As much as I appreciate the teachers knowledge, I just can not stand her mannerisms... thank you for sharing. 📿 नमस्ते
agreed i love iyengar yoga have been practicing for over 15 years and yes once these teachers start going with this all phd advanced bullshit it gets really uninteresting for practioners iyengar yoga lost all its soul after guruji died and they went woke, with their best teachers leaving the method and doing their own thing
Is this class happen in india ?
How does one attain a PhD in Yoga? completely interested
Lois has a PhD in Nutritional Science. She has an advanced senior 2 level in the Iyengar Yoga system. Her PhD is different from her Iyengar system certification...

My head hurts when i try for a long time..
I Want A 6 Pack Motivation try the softer support for your head
So much instructions.. thumbs down..yoga class should be with less instructions so that students can meditate in the position.. your class is super disturbing for mind.
You should try an Iyengar class before judging it :) There are lots of instructions to ensure the poses are done safely! And teachers know about anatomy which is very valuable.
@@cara750 too much instruction lead to disturbance.
The impression is totally different when you're attending the class. Without all the instructions they won't learn properly and may harm themselves. They will repeat later without teacher and make it safe and correct.
