His time at Chelsea is surely misunderstood. Has clearly been by far the brightest spark in that entire roster and their season overall also shadowed just how good he was at Benfica. You really had to know this guy before the World Cup to truly understand just how consistent and high-level he played at. We will all soon understand why he cost 120m.

Just saying unless his performances in front of goal improve i think we would have been better spending the money on Rice. You can be agile and fancy but with no end product not worth a thing. Rice was there for the taking, yes he doesn't move so well but he scores goals. Lampard was similar, Fat Frank not mobile enough was the complaint by West Ham fans. Look how that one ended. Not to mention this team is really only a work in progress and the very beginning of that progress, but what I am concerned about is Poch's decision in bringing out Caicedo so early. He's not ready yet since he hasn't played in 60 days. Right now we're still shit, especially since we've lost so many of our best players to injury, but over time we will become the better team.
