As a Argentina fan , we love this boy so much people don't wanna give him the credit he deserves because he is young but this boy plays with so much confidence , Enzo debuted for Argentina just before the world cup and played one half match and he bossed the midfield in the world cup like he was there with the team for forever , people still doubt him and acts like he didn't shined against worldclass midfields Modric , Kovacic , Griezmann , De jong ! Enzo is the engine of his team , whenever he plays Argentina's midfield looks under controlled and relax can't say the same when paredes plays who has even been with the team for years now !
I love that he is with us but if he had gone to a club that is performing rn he would be regarded as the best midfielder in the league

He is technical, strong, quite fast and agile, attack focused, manages well tempo in defense/ofense...it's incredible he is only 22 years old, Chelsea have a gem.
He came to Benfica as a promess. He blow up the midfield in every game he played. He has everything to be one of the best midifield players ever.

Enzo Fernández is a great player with outstanding pitch visionary and passing skills. Watching Enzo's plays is immensely enjoyable; at some degree times, he evokes memories of Zinedine Zidane. If Chelsea won't revive this season, he has to change the club ASAP; otherwise, his career as a potential top player will end without even starting.

this boy journey in last 6 months was crazy. He moved to Benfica from River Plate in Sep 2022, debut for Argentina in October, got the slot in starting squad after the first round, won the WC with the best young player, then moved to Chelsea with 100M price tag, played his first games like a veteran. And that all happen to a 21 year old boy.

The one glaring issue? Conor Gallagher never checks his shoulders when receiving passes from Enzo, or realising the play he’s creating for the team ahead of him. Watch the video closely folks

His timing is in-sa-ne! He skips a beat or single touches for the perfect pass, dribbles to give time for his mates to reassest, this is just beautiful. It's so impressive how he understands his and others' role on the pitch and does exactly the right thing to exploit the opponents' distraction to do what he wants. Good feet, brilliant vision, honestly looks like the perfect midfielder. Reminds me of a more defensive version of Riquelme

Alexis is a different kind of player. Enzo is a lot more accurate and deep with his passes. He's like a deep lying playmaker (at least at Chelsea). Alexis is a more traditional 10 position with good control and a lot faster offensive play. They complemented each other well at the WC.
I still believe that if Chelsea actually gets a coach and plays Enzo where he's supposed to play, they have a gem in their hands and someone that can take the team to win a CL.
If chelsea had a better striker, they would destroy a lot haha. Just think about Julian Alvarez, Adeyemi, Moukoko, I mean, they like young promises, so they would fit in this team. But CR7, Lautaro Martinez, Vlahovic or even Ben Yedder could fit really well.
