20 Min POST-WORKOUT STRETCH for Injury Prevention & Flexibility

- Join me for a 20-minute full body post-workout yin yoga stretch to help improve your flexibility. This class is perfect for athletes who want to release muscle tension and boost recovery and beginners who might have tight hamstrings and would like to open up the body.

We’ll begin with a set of mobilization exercises to prepare the body for deep stretching, followed by chest and shoulder openers. We'll then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, and groins.
Practice at home, at the gym or outdoors, no equipment is needed. What will the audience get out of the video? Feel refreshed, re-balanced, and light by the end of the practice.

I always appreciate your reminders on alignment. Keeping ribs in is sometimes forgotten in the poses. Also learned today the quad stretch in side plank. I’ve never been able to do in the lunge as my foot will not come up. Easily did it in side plank. Thank you. This was very relaxing.

The transitions between these slow movements are beautiful. Just watching the smooth shifting from one position to the next is remarkably relaxing.
