Adding Fish To The 50 Gallon Community Tropical Aquarium

- So the koi pond is pretty much shut down for the season but I need to keep myself busy! So I've got myself a 50 gallon aquarium to work on! In this episode I'm finally stocking the aquarium with some amazing tropical fish and hopefully by the end I will have an amazing community fish tank!

Those German rams have such beautiful colors! I love the albino Cories. They are always the most lively out of all my Cories. (Ps. Panda cories are a busily swimming one all over the bottom too if you were looking for more to add 😉).

Thanks, yeah I'm really happy with the end result. The rams look great under the light, definitely a great addition. I am looking for some different corys so will take a look at the Pandas. I haven't come across them before 👍

Looking really good there Matt. I've been considering getting some rams too. I'm sure I've seen that the black spot they have just after their head, the male has it edged with blue, whereas the females spot is all black with no blue edge. Maybe if yours are young though, this might not be the case.. It also looks nice and algae free and the plants look healthy so all looking good.
Cheers Les, yeah I love the rams mate, really nice looking fish. I think you're right about the spot but as you said I think they are to young to be certain. I'm about 3 weeks ahead of that video now and still algae free 👍the plants and co2 are definitely helping with keeping the algae at bay! 👍
