I have one of this Robots or the college i work for has one. They are really great and can do almost everything you cna imagine. Check youtube and you are gonna see a football (soocer) match 5vs5 between them. Its pretty funny

I like how everyone is freaking out about the price and saying that Nao is a waste of money. It's a f'n legit robot! Meanwhile no one bats an eye at spending $30k, $40k, $50k or more on cars that are basically just rolling status symbols. back in high school about 2 years ago when I was studying engineering, we went to an engineering expo as a class and got to meet the guys behind this little one. They are very very cool and can be programmed to do a ton of stuff. I know it was a "cool story" type of thing but it's just really cool and it's just a interesting time to talk to people behind such amazing tech like this.
When I was around eight I got sent to Atlanta to program them by the company, because I shown great interest in robotics… I have many funny stories from that experience I could share…

yeeessss.... I'm using it. It's cool, but his features end soon and it become boring. But the biggest problem is that his motors turn off when they are overheated. the problem is that the become overheated with a temperature of 32 celsius degrees and in summer the ambient temperature is around 30 degrees. so in summer he can't move

Our research lab has been using NAO robots for years!! We program him to tantrum, throw stuff at people, etc. to simulate children with problem behaviors for training behavior therapists. Choreographe is SUPER easy to program with and NAO is worth the money if you put in the time :D Let me know if you need help lol...
