it's easier to download it with the tsr cc manager. :) it puts all the files where they are supposed to go while it organizes it into its own category.
It gives me the link to download the cc but doesn't actually download it for me.... Is there a way around this or do I have to pay to get the membership?

Make sure to take the files out of the cc folder after you unzip it in the tray folder. Putting the entire folder itself in the tray won't work.

I have never seen that issue personally you can contact support - support@thesimsresource.com but it also might be an EA issue
I downloaded everything I needed and unzipped them put them in the correct folder restarted my sims and still nothing 😩

How do you download all the files with one click? I don't get that option. Do you need a VIP account?
One of the VIP perks is the basket and it will zip the entire basket into one pack

do you have any CC? Anytime the game updates it can turn off your CC so please check your settings/options to make sure you CC is turned on
i'm taking the all items i download from the sim and putting in the tray folder?
You're taking any files that aren't .package in your tray folder! Package files stay in the mods folder.

The TSR basket feature zips it all together. That is how I install CC (Jezi)

if you download through the basket you have to drag them to your mod folder and tray folder
