Counter guys are the worst. A good one is a like your favorite burger hard to find. Great video. Looking forward to this shoulder season.
That’s why I always take pics of the current part that needs to be replaced then make sure it’s the right one when picking it up/ before replacing .
That shit will ruin your whole day
Ruined the week for them, I tell them the same. Take the part with you if you can or take several pictures. Best if you can get a part number too

Most of the counter guys don't care they don't get paid enough to care. I would have replaced all 3 valves, just a matter of time until they fail. They were good machines at one time, but like everything else turning into crap.
Is the juice worth the squeeze?
Does that machine have a harvest regulator valve?
Na, just solenoids into the TXVs. And fan cycle control at the condenser
