I love when these people describe their products using the names of their proprietary parts, like we should know their stuff. "Of course it still has our legendary TQR super-cush driver-coil system..." Thanks. That helps a lot.
In their defense they’re giving them 60 sec
@@FOTB407 You have a point, but I've been to some of these events and that's the same way they describe it in person.
@@mattwilson5092 yeah unfortunately you’ve gotta fish for good videos on here explaining their products
I've been in the auto industry for awhile when suppliers talked about their proprietary processes I was just putting that brain switch at OFF.
😅
What I heard the Tannus guy say is "an insert that could do it all", but what I wanted to hear him say is "can be installed without much bloodshed". lol
Love my Tannus inserts tho!
He showed me there that if you only use the pro it is easier than the old because you can interlock the ribs allowing you to squeeze it together into the rim valley more.
@@jessehill3780 Good to know! Thanks!
Loving the day by day coverage- well done as usual
Glad you enjoyed it
Best bits: better looking suntour lowers. Finally. And for sure I'm copping those brownwall pinners.
The brownwalls would look awesome on the right bike.
$400 stem 🤣
Wouldn't mind trying the shorter one, but not for 400😂
Check out the aerozine 10mm, it's like 65$
There is no reason for this stem to be $400. Aluminum block all machined with 5 axis.
Yep, get absolutely fucked. 😂
It’s called supply and demand. In his case the price is high, because the demand is high. He can’t make them fast enough.
I love the vibes on the kenda guy, give that man a raise cause kenda just got a new customer
Awesome to hear!!
You heard it here, Push brings fork tuning to the mountain bike market. Finally!
I used to run kenda tires on my dh bikes, idk what happened but I couldn't get them locally for awhile, even online not a great presence. They used to be the rad new thing when maxxis wasn't even a big player. Weird how things go
Did he say 400 bucks for a STEM! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Put that $400 towards a new fork, and don’t cut the steerer tube!
Perfect example of why the bike industry is in trouble right now.
You might wanna check out rulezman's 15mm Stem instead that makes a bit more sense - the guy has a ton of science explained in his youtube videos about it. Or Mondraker's Onoff has a 10mm (and 25mm) stem for DH if you are looking for something for a DH bike.
Both good looking products! But ultimately offering different things.
I'll be going with the aerozine 10mm, pretty similar and normal price range under 100
My frame stack is 660mm so don't really need much rise
Why Tannus has designed an insert for different disciplines? It's not that you are gonna be installing them in different bikes all the time...
Instead of the RR stem, put that $400 toward a new fork and don’t cut the steerer tube!
One up, we are one, trail one did I forget one?
BMB guy left the baby filter on
400 Bucks for a stem?????????? What the hell is wrong with people??
Low volume and made in America vs overseas. Makes it much more expensive.
You'd want to have some cheek to ask $400 for a stem.
$400 for a stem!?!? LOLOLOL I could make my bike ugly for a fraction of that if I really wanted.
First 🤘🏻
Thanks for watching!
Zero chance anyone buys that stem.
I’ve already ordered one for myself and my wife.
He couldn't produce them fast enough, why lower the price, I still think it's too expensive but I get why he doesn't move on price...
