This episode is in my top 4 this season. Thorfinn pausing and looking at the world around him, appreciating the work and care that goes into cultivation after growing up in a group that did nothing but destroy and tear down. It just feels so profound.
The final shot of his scarred hands spreading the seeds is incredible.

13:28 30 or 40? Idk why but that seems underwhelming to me. This dude went head to head with Thorkell the Tall. If I imagine a fight, Thorfinn kills 5 soldiers in half a minute. I’d assume he’ll stay standing for at least 10-15 minutes. That’s over a hundred. Lol I don’t even know why I’m trying to calculate all of this stuff but it’s just that even you said what Thorfinn did all his life was to train to kill, so he’s almost one of the legends out there.
We’re halfway through the first half of Season 2. How are you liking this season so far? (Keeping in mind it was actually disliked by a lot of typical Shonen fans who complained about zero action scenes all being like “wHaT iS tHiS sHIttY aRc hE’s jUsT fArMInG anD sTuFF tHaT’s sOooO bORiNg.”)
