3 Things pal. Use a 12v supply to the terminals and kick start the battery.. Unplug the charger sometimes there is a safety so the charger is not supplying directly to your system. Finally.. let it fully charge.. if it's flat flat the internal BMS will shut down until it's cycling a full charges. 👍👍👍

and, got it working? The solution is indeed to apply 12v directly to the terminals to reset the bms.
