Recommend not to buy this card. Until card works fine no issues, if issue starts customer care of Ongo and RBL bank is so pathetic. Suddenly the app stops working or card not working. Customer care days or weeks together to resolve the issue. If the card is lost any other issue Namma Metro customer care cannot help. Also the offline amounts cannot be transferred. There is no Kannada language support with Ongo customer care. So choice is yours. Not sure why Namma metro is recommending this card. ...
