Adjustments : Double kit box upgrade - Roller Pigeons

- I was going to trash the first double kit box I built but decided remake it. fully upgraded the style by giving a landing board, screening door, dropping pans, plastic perches and painting. I reposition the loft as well to give the birds a better landing to avoid landing on neighbors roof and trees. so far it has been really successful.

I sold all of my ruby lines a couple years ago. I am now working with Rick Mee and Henry Cooks. 🙂
What pellet did you feed
Mixed grain which contains wheat, Milo, peas, safflower, etc. For winter I will give them corn to build fat to keep their body warm. 👍🙂
Hi.. nice kitbox and good landing board . What is the dimensions of kitbox and perch to perch spacing .
Kit box is 7ft wide, 4 ft tall. The kitbox is divided half to 3.5ft wide x 3.5ft deep x 4ft tall. The perch margin space from left to right is about 11inches apart and top to bottom is 10 inches. Depending on size of your pigeons, you may need to adjust. You should end up with 3 x 4 perches on each side, giving you enough space to fit 24 birds for each kit for rollers pigeons. There is enough room with the size but I usually keep 20 or less on each side. Thanks, hopefully this helps. 👍
