No he wasnt. If your calling a spade a spade. He won 1 Prem.
Ranieri was considered successful for winning one title with Leicester. Klopp won a prem after 30 years of drought, I see that as a win. If he had that with City or Chelsea, it would be considered a flop since more would be required.
I don’t think titles should be the only factor in his success, he took over a very mediocre side and was up against Pep Guardiola with unlimited backing.

@@ErminDedicNT Let be honest, if Klopp was in B.roger years....I'm sure Klopp could have wont more Titles with LFC. Look at the points that LFC have lost the titles. And look at the team that he inherit! If is other manager, that same group of players can't even get to the EUROPA league final if is not KLOPP. Sometime KLOPP is his own enemy cause he can make a mediocre team to play like a world class team. He makes a HYUNDAI run like a Ferrari.
The two times he came second, it was by a single point with the highest totals for second place in PL history behind a team who only won by cheating.
