      Yes!! First of all, I'm so happy about this. I am an old sign-maker and I still have my 15" plotter in the garage. Now I have a little gift shop in my tiny wedding venue and I am white-labeling some bath soaking salts that my amazing friend makes. I understand your program, I feel successful with your program. Can't tell you what this means to a little 58 year old creative girl. I don't have time to spend learning again. This made sense to my previous experience with sign programs.. You're making me look really talented again. It's like I caught up with the smart ones. I created a label instantly with you and so far, it looks like I have always imagined in my mind. Thank you!!!! My tiny vintage gift shop will have the signage and wonder to push me over the top.

    I've never left a comment on a CZcams video before, but this label design is STUNNING. Absolutely stunning. I have bought some of your products before and they are SUPER easy to use and are the reason why everyone thinks I am a better designer than I actually am. I love your tutorials and learn a lot. Thank you so much for creating such amazing assets for us to use!

    As a 25-year pro graphic designer… I predict you’re going to do really well with this. I’ve long thought there’s a big gap for the folks for whom Illustrator is too complex, and it looks like you nailed it. Perhaps you will expand this beyond vintage into different styles and applications.
    If I may offer some friendly feedback about the video… this is a really excellent tutorial, well done! Just one thing I didn’t like, the background music is rather distracting for me. There’s a lot to focus on here and the music isn’t necessary it’s one too many things.

    • @Kittldesign
      @Kittldesign  Před 2 lety +1

      Thanks for your input! And really glad that you like the Designer. Will definitely be adding more styles. In terms of the music, we've also heard mixed reviews, but generally like to keep a little background music going, but the levels can always be improved moving forward. Thanks!

    • @wtfhappenedtome
      @wtfhappenedtome Před 2 lety +4

      @@Kittldesign music would put me off watching future videos to be honest. I see this a lot on YT, folks think music is necessary "background" for some reason but it's not, it's just distracting. And Bob Ross never used music, just him quietly painting lovely little trees :-)

    • @Kittldesign
      @Kittldesign  Před 2 lety

      @@wtfhappenedtome Haha true. Bob Ross could definitely captivate an audience easily! Don't think it's a "need" so much as we like having a little bit of background music-not because we think we have to have it :) Thanks again for your insight and we hope you are loving the Designer!

    I know this going to cause many to shake their heads. Do most people use a home printer or a printing company ? I’m imagining the amount of ink I would use. I haven’t started a project yet but was happy after thinking about how I could create something like this with paint pens. Can you even imagine ? I have wanted to cover a few things for craft projects . Thank you ! Loved the video

    • @Kittldesign
      @Kittldesign  Před 2 lety +1

      Glad you enjoyed it! And to answer your questions I really think it depends on the scale of the project. How big do you need something size wise? How many do you need? How many colors will there be? What kind of material do you want it on? Etc. These are all great questions to ask before deciding to print something your self or use a local printer or a chain like Staples in the U.S. Great question!

    Beautiful work! Question: I know it’s outside the scope of the video, but how would one go about getting a design like this *actually* printed with the foil effect that your rendering has?

    • @Kittldesign
      @Kittldesign  Před 2 lety +2

      Hey Benjamin! Great question. There are companies that specialize in printing hot foil/gold foil labels like you see in the mockup. Most likely, you would work with one of those printing companies to get it done. Here is an online press company I looked up quickly just by googling (smartpress.com/shop/foil-printing#cp=1&cph=1259) but you will want to research based on where you are!
